Nicole Bayes is a Shiatsu Practitioner MRSS (Acupressure Massage Therapist), an EFT (Tapping) Practitioner level 2, a Reiki Level 2 Practitioner, a Shiatsu Teacher in training and a Workshop Facilitator.

Shiatsu Practitioner, MRSS (Acupressure Massage)
Nicole is a qualified Shiatsu Practitioner (MRSS) working from the Shiatsu Centre clinic in Norwich. She trained with Internationally respected teachers and luckily now works alongside them. After completing her Shiatsu College Diploma in Norwich, Nicole continues has continued her professional development attending Post-graduate training in advanced energy work, as well as having regular receiving supervision she is a Teaching Assistant at the Shiatsu College.

Shiatsu Teacher in Training
Nicole is currently working as a Teaching Assistant for the Shiatsu College Norwich and is in the teacher training process - working towards her qualifications as a Shiatsu College Teacher.

Tapping (EFT) Practitioner
Nicole is a level 2 EFT Practitioner, expanding her skills and experience with Meridian Tapping. Having used the technique to over come a personal chronic health issue she is pleased to be able to share her knowledge to support her clients personal journey to recovering their optimal mental, emotional and physical health and wellbeing.

Reiki Level 2 Practitioner
As a Reiki Practitioner Nicole has found this gentle healing art to be particularly effective and soothing for clients working with ME.

Workshop Facilitator
Nicole runs a range of Holistic Health Workshops exploring Bodywork, Mindfulness and Personal Development to support individuals to manage their health and wellbeing. Having trained as a workshop leader, with a BA in Theatre Studies, Nicole utilises this experience with that of her training in Compassionate Communication and the influence of her personal practices which include Meditation, Mindfulness, Yoga, Chi Gong and Art.
